-I can verify I am at least 18 years of age. -I understand that there is a non-refundable $50 fee to reserve my spot in line for the desired day. -I understand that if I want more than one design, I have to pay the $50 booking fee for each design. -I understand that this fee is not part of my tattoo total. -I understand that I cannot schedule a specific time, but will be booked first come first served order & assigned a spot in line for my desired day once I have paid my booking fee. -I understand that if I don’t show when it’s my turn in line, I will lose my booking fee. -I understand that if I book multiple tattoos but decide not to get all of them upon arrival at the event, I will lose the booking fee for any tattoos not completed. -I understand that the flash options are final in size, design, and price, and are limited to arm & leg placement only. -I understand that the cost of each tattoo is $250+tax. -I understand that I can pay cash or card, but card will incur a 3% fee. -I understand that my artist may refuse service if I am intoxicated, or for any other reason.
